When you list your home with Jim your home will have its own domain name for your particular home. A sign panel is placed on the regular real estate sign with the web address for buyers to view your home. This allows potential buyers driving by to view your home on the Internet and get a feel what it is like inside and get information about the best features of your home. Having your own dedicated website for your home enables an unlimited amount of pictures to be uploaded and various other features such as school information, neighborhood information, floor plans, and a detailed description of your home. This has unlimited potential and shows your home in the most favorable light. Jim encourages you to visit the site and suggest any changes or offer any other ideas you would like incorporated into your personal website. In our opinion, it is difficult to find a site on the internet that utilizes as many pictures, descriptions, and individual pages for each listing. Reverse Prospecting |
Jim utilizes a system called reverse prospecting, where he is able to search other real estate agents' clients to determine if they are a match for your home. If so, Jim can e-mail the agent representing the client describing your home that matches the criteria of what their client needs. |
Fact Sheets |
Each home we list has at least a 2 page full color fact sheet representing the home. In larger homes, and more elaborate homes, the number of pages increases tremendously, while promoting the special features a home includes. In almost every circumstance, fact sheets will be printed on heavy stock 8.5x11 photo quality paper, and will include full color pictures and written text describing the features of your home and if applicable the community. |
Sign |
Of course a sign will be placed in your yard. In addition, there will be an information box attached to the sign. This will include fact sheets available to buyers or whomever may be stopping by interested in your home. We will refill the box on a regular basis, making sure it is not empty, with a little of your help of course notifying us when there is a low stockpile. Also, the sign has a panel with the web domain of your home for buyers to view. |
