Jim Fradd - Jim has been a licensed Realtor and has sold residential real estate in Central Ohio since 1973. A member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, RE/MAX's Platinum and 100% club, he also has been inducted in the RE/MAX Hall Of Fame and achieved the professional designation of CRP (Certified Relocation Professional).
Jim's goal is to provide the highest quality service and representation for his clients. 87% of Jim's business results from referrals and repeat business clients. Over the years, Jim has been a trend setter in marketing and has stayed up to date with the latest in technology to best serve his clients. Jim developed the first New Homes Information Center in Central Ohio and one of the first in the United States. This offered information about various builders where potential buyers were able to obtain vast amounts of information at one central location. Also created and introduced to the Central Ohio market by Jim was his Relocation Information Center, a joint effort with his wife, Sue, President of National Relocation Services.
Jim's expertise not only lies in selling real estate, but building as well. Jim has been a member of the BIA since 1981. Jim's knowledge of building combined with his real estate knowledge has been instrumental in the development of various local custom builders. They came to Jim, eager to get involved in the building industry. Each had experience with construction, but were not fully aware of the real estate and business aspects associated with the industry. Jim helped devise a business plan, develop processes, systems, and a strategy to make them competitive and assist them with their entrance in the industry. Each has proved to be successful in the industry, as they are still active and prominent builders of custom homes in the Central Ohio Area.
Most importantly, Jim has served 1000's of satisfied clients since 1973! He strives to provide the most beneficial assistance possible to his clients and pays strong attention to the details within real estate transactions and the home buying and selling processes. With Jim, you will have his expert advice during each step of your home transaction.
