The listings to the right are foreclosures and short sales in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Wears Valley, and surrounding areas of the Great Smoky Mountains. Currently, there are several cabins that are listed at less than 50% of what they originally sold for just a couple years ago. Many of these cabins are located in resorts with community pools and various other amenities within the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. The cabin foreclosure and short sale list of properties is generated from our Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors (GSMAR) and is updated on a daily basis. Unfortunately, not each and every cabin foreclosure and short sale will show up on the list due to data input error on the side of the listing agent of the cabin. For example, sometimes Realtors fail to classify a cabin as a foreclosure or do not categorize it as a "log home" or "log look" cabin. If they do not enter the data correctly it won't show up on this list.
